On certain dual monitor configurations, the screenshots taken will be completely black depending on which monitor HSR is on. I haven't been able to replicate it myself, but it seems to be a common issue.
Current workarounds are to either move the HSR game window to a different monitor or disconnect the other monitor(s).

I've always ever had a dual monitor set up and also never encountered this before, so sharing my setup notes, since I've been using this scanner for many months now.
I use HSR on a 4k monitor, I have a secondary monitor in Portrait mode
I used to scan using 4k resolution, but noticed a few times characters or items would skip so I normally set my resolution down to 1920 x 1080
I use the scanner around 5-8 times a week
Every time I scan, it's on my MAIN monitor window
Although I almost always scan while in full screen, I accidentally ran the scanner in window mode and was surprised that it... actually worked. It required me to activate the window manually, though.
