Use s-pipes-editor-ui docker orchestration without need to configure

Requirements:

• FR-1 I want to be able to run it on linux without configuring it (e.g. only docker-compose up). It should show s-pipes-examples in such configuration
• FR-2 Any paths that are reported in tools should to be the same as in host filesystem
  • loaded script files -- done
  • logged files when SPipes engine executes (i.e. input and outputs of modules)
• FR-3 Should work on windows too (at most one additional variable to run it should be used)
