Failure occurrence should have two terms

Failure occurrence resources should have two termit:výskyt-termu connected via termit:je-přiřazením-termu, one for the component and one for the failure.

Currently there could more than two termit:výskyt-termu, see example:

• You wrote that "Failure occurrence resources should have two termit:výskyt-termu connected via termit:je-přiřazením-termu, one for the component and one for the failure.". But I believe you meant "... connected via termit:založeno-na-výskytu-termu
  ..." right?
