Gate tools - current state [work in progress]

  • APIs
    • Brat2GateCLI - converts annotations created in the BRAT tool into format compatible with GATE.
      • package cz.cvut.kbss.nlp.cli
    • AsConll - converts annotations found in input document. Supported input type is gate. Method requires that the input contains annotated sentences (the text is split into sentence tokens). The conll format is a table which is suitable to be used in BERT based NER training.
    • Gate2Ontology
