Some way to mark an item as having been obtained out of logic would be handy. The idea would be to preserve knowledge about which checks are officially in logic.

iirc, i dont think oob is in hell, so some possible checks are completely out of logic. maybe a flag in settings that allows setting any item location as collected?
There's a 'show out of logic' setting that lets you check anything, but I'm thinking about indicating which checks are only accessible because of items that were collected out of logic.
Say you're playing a normal logic seed and get feather by using a glitch. Formerly feather-locked checks might be greyed out to show that the seed may not expect them to be in logic, even if they're easily accessible now.
Keeping track of actual logic can help keep you from going down a rabbit hole. For example, if bracelet is in a sphere 1 check, but you're off dicking around with glitches in sphere 10 because you cheated for the feather, it could be a while before you go back to that sphere 1 check.
