Can't get the UI to run

For some reason it is not possible to get the UI to run at all. I had a look into the jar with dependencies which is built by the maven-assembly-plugin and the static resources are missing. I could try to tinker with it a bit more to get it to run, but I was hoping that you'd have a ready fix for this?

I won't maintain this anymore, as recent versions of GH have better support for external data.
