Instead of re-reading all mails when opening a virtual folder, mutt-kz could read all information from the xapian index (like alot does).

At the moment, opening a virtual mailbox with > 1'000'000 mails takes some minutes with mutt-kz and less than 2 seconds with alot.

Sure, send patch.

Now, we use notmuch DB only to get info about wanted files and tag,
because it was easy to implement and because the result is still
"mutt" (with all the infrastructure mutt has for parsing, etc.).
