Change name of the package 'com.github.karczews.utilsverifier'

I have noticed that package name contains part of the author's last name.
I think it would be better to have package name that doesn't contain personal info.

When this can be problematic? For instance someone uses UtlisVerifier in company where code is not owned by developers and such package name looks bad.
