Currently each Firefox window has your own tab counter. Would be nice if exists an option to count all tabs in all windows (again, this should be an addon option).

eg: if I set the a maximum 8 tabs, I could have one window with 8 tabs, or two windows, one with 3 tabs and other with 5 tabs.
