While creating a feature request on the ch57x-keyboard-tool repo for programming the macropad I stumble across this issue and I was pointed to this repo.
Do you think is it possible to have this feature here?

i think you might be confusing this software (one that programs the macropad) with the firmware that is running on the macropad. if we had access to reflash the firmware, we can then implement what you are asking. currently, what you can do it press a button and wait the max duration (which is 6 seconds) before another key press/mouse move occurs. the max is 17 key presses/moves per a key press which would only do the "jiggle" for 102 seconds. you would then need to press it again to start the "jiggle" again.
@kamaaina thanks for the reply. I thought this tool was reflashing the keyboard every time the configuration was changed on the .ron file, that is why in my ignorance, I believed that would be achievable to modify the firmware and have this functionality.

That would be good the only problem is that 102 seconds
