Request: Option to collapse the UI down instead of up

Currently, when collapsing the overlay, the title bar on top is still being displayed.

However, for people who put the overlay on the bottom of the screen this is a bit annoying, because there will now be a hovering bar in the middle of the screen.

I really wish there is an option to collapse to the bottom, either by making it an option to put the title bar at the bottom, or making it possible to make the title bar drop to the bottom when collapsing.
