Request: Auto-Minimize

Would be super nice/convenient if there could be a way to Auto-minimize the meter when there has been no combat for a given amount of time (user-defined using a slider?). So when combat begins, the meter is open and displaying, and after combat ends, if there is no combat for x-seconds, the meter minimizes until combat begins again.
