Weekly8 코드 리뷰에서 받은 내용을 수정합니다.

🔎 작업 상세 내용

Timber 외부라이브러리 사용해서 로그 (재민)
interceptor 작성 시 SharedPreferencesHelper 를 전달받아서, intercept 함수에서 꺼내쓰도록 수정
페이지 이동 이벤트용 Room Database Table을 만들고 저장, 삭제(테이블 초기화), 데이터 가져오기 로직 구현
html 포매팅 시 parseAsHtml 사용
SummarizeAPI 에서 반환타입을 SummarizeResponseDto 타입 그대로 사용
AIRepositoryImpl 에서 Dispatcher.IO 제거
녹음 상태 전달 시 SharedViewModel 사용
