To clarify, this issue is to spin up/horizontally scale into more linode workers as needed?

It's currently possible to scale up the cluster by simply changing the NO_OF_WORKERS variable in settings.env, and running ./kube-linode.sh create again. This issue is more of speeding up the process of provisioning by provisioning them in parallel as opposed to running them sequentially.
