Architecture and Development Workflows requires updating to be current with 0.6 release

The document requires updating.
It should not be available with version 0.6 in its current form.

Two actions are needed:
-Remove this file from the 0.6 version until updated
-Update for new architecture in .6 and then add it back

Which updating is required? I read the release notes and the only critical change I can see was already reflected in this doc by @jantley-ibm a few days ago, primarily around the change from kabanero collections to appsody stacks.
