[Bug Report]: Deployment Filter Not Functioning Correctly #1300

Steps to reproduce

  1. Look for any deployemt which was running before but currently in 0/1
  2. Run 'k8sgpt analyze --filter=Deployment -n --explain'

Expected behaviour

deployment analyzer should show error if there respective pods are in 0/1

Actual behaviour

proof :

gt1
but works without any filter:
gt3
