Could not login at Daikin Developer Portal

Hi,

I like to use this integration, but I can´t get past the developer portal login.

I need to check the following box:

But whether its checked or not I always get a red rectangle arround it and it does not continue.

I tried Edge, Opera and Chrome and I switched my account from german to english and back, nothing helps... I even downloaded the file and I was really close to reading it!

What can I do?

Have you scrolled all text and try to uncheck and check the checkbox

Yes its a downloadable pdf file, I was even close to reading it...

No its a Javascript error:

I didnt do any Javascript for more then 10 years, so no Idea how to solve the problem^^

Login seems to work but HA integration is failing. I don't know if it is something general in Onecta API...

What is failing, don't hijack the issue of another person, please open a new issue and attach everything as requested. Did you give permission to the integration to read the daikin data

I said it here because I think it could be related. My integration was working perfectly since Septembre but yesterday it stopped and I could not log in. Now I can log in but the integration still fails, it said the device and entities are unavailable.

Have you tried to reauthorize the integration? There where problems at the daikin side yesterday

I tried to "reload" the integration but same issue... Do you mean to remove and create again the entry in the integration? I would lose the device and entities, and the data history as wel... isn't?

On the settings/devices&integrations page I did got a authorize button yesterday (or maybe under the daikin_onecta app itself), if that is not there, maybe only try to restart HA, at least on my system I didn't had to delete/add the integration yesterday

Nope... I restarted but there is no "authorize" button... I will wait some days and try again before delete/create the integration.

Maybe enable the logs (see readme) and open a new issue with all logs and integration diagnostics

Just to update my case:

Daikin did not answer me (surprise) but updated the login page. The new one has a checkbox less and actually lets me press the continue button! YEAH

What I then get is a JSON object:

Ok so much for that...

All the while my Onecta App, that was working fine for the first 3 days has now stopped measuring any kind of energy... It just shows the values from 3 days ago for the last 3 days...

There are no messages, everything is shown as connected, it just stopped counting energy, which was basically the only thing it was good for...

I am beginning to doubt the competence of the daikin software guys.,.

Another update:

After checking with 2 more browsers I found one that works und I got the integration to work.

Sadly the only sensor my Home Assistant did not already have is the calculated produced heat energy, which is shown in the App but not implemented in the integration...

Can you download and attach the integration diagnostics, would be interesting to see if produced heat is part of the data daikin provides to their cloud

I am a little reluctant to post so much private Data.
But I downloaded and searched the file, it contains the consumtion data for each unit, but not the produced heat.

Ok, I was afraid for that, the data you see in the json is the only data we can export to HA
