Safari support #17

Currently, the script doesn't work in safari as it is supposed to do. It lags the whole page and buggs a lot. (See https://jwanner83.github.io/follow-js/guide)

If it isn't possible to work it out, we maybe have to consider disabling the script on safari. Maybe add this to the options.
