1.0.3 ver does not embed the album cover on a song

i used ver 1.0.2 with no problems, but without changing any settings, the 1.0.3 ver just does not embed the album art.
if i go but to 1.0.2 everything works just fine.

Try enabling 'windows 10 explorer thumbnails' in settings. What os are you on?
