Allow /learn to index a single file instead of a directory

Problem

I would like to be able to QA a single file.

/learn does not work when providing a file instead of a directory. Returns an error as it assumes the path is a directory and ends up finding 0 files in the "directory".

Proposed Solution

Allow /learn to work on individual files.
