Description

Server mode does not include results from local document workspace. At the same time UI works fine with local docs

Reproduce

  1. Add supported document into LocalDocs (example text document)
  2. Enable Local Documents workspace
  3. Verify in UI that chat result includes context from the document in workspace
  4. Enable Server Mode in GPT4ALL
  5. Run the same input using Server mode using PostMan with URL http://localhost:4891/v1/completions. Example:

{
"model": "GPT4All Falcon",
"prompt": "Where is my home located?",
"max_tokens": 512,
"temperature":0.7
}

Expected behavior

Result from Server Response should include context from documents in LocalDocs workspace and should be identical as in UI

Context

  • Operating System and version: Mac M1 Sonoma 14.1.2
