Drop the Classic Notebook extension #197

Problem

The Classic Notebook v6 is in maintenance mode.

Notebook 7 will be released soon: jupyter/notebook#6307

Proposed Solution

We should consider dropping the Classic Notebook extension currently located here:

https://github.com/jupyter-server/jupyter-resource-usage/blob/main/jupyter_resource_usage/static/main.js
