I was unable to render headers or footers that are included (though empty files) in this project. Rendering from razor view in the other example seems to work fine.

Hi, I didn't modify the original code from Program.cs Main-class where you instantiate LocalReporting. I can't figure out how to set Chrome-related settings over there. Maybe I'm just missing something really simple?
