Incorporating Psych-DS validator with the CLI package workflow

Has to be done after issue #1.

Using the changes to the metadata module using the validator, incorporate the method into the workflow. Try to validate post-generation or include failure messages. This will help account for bad user-input and help provide credibility.

• Download and incorporate validate function
• Figure out why validate function is not detecting the metadata file
• Find out how to represent data files by beginning with one at a time
• Familiarize myself with errors and try to understand how to go about documenting them and incorporating within CLI workflow (what to show user)
