Theme "Liking" & "Favoriting"

Hey guys,

Just came across this project. This is a really cool idea, not sure if there's any work being done on it still - figured I'd throw out a feature enhancement I think would be easy and solve some of the issues floating about.

I think the ability to "like" (persistent in the DB) certain registry templates as well as "favorite" them (locally persistent w/ cookies) might be a cool feature. If there's any activity or interest in this. I'd be willing to open up a PR.

Subsequent functionality with these features could lead to sorting themes (newest first, top rated, etc.)
