Graphics: missing GUI buttons #786

Lots of GUI buttons are missing: (they were present in an old version before the new GUI was implemented)

Castle is fine, large tower and tower is not. Also many other things are missing e.g. menu for promotion is empty, tools etc.

Rendering (polish) special characters will just abort GUI rendering.
