This is a maintenance release of the UCB Logo programming language interpreter.
Fixes and Updates:
- 64 bit support (fixes bug that prevented drawing large numbers of lines in 64 bit mode)
- wxWidgets 3.0 support
- License changed to GNU General Public License 3 or newer
- Support for compiling for 64 bit MacOS

Compared to 6.1 b, this adds the ucblogo.png file, which is used by the Fedora package.

Compared to the 6.1 a release, the mac version includes the usermanual pdf, and the windows version includes the source. The pdf's index is included now.
