The containerization software, operating system software, and other third-party software that is not integral to the product below, are licensed under the applicable open source licenses for such software.
For licenses applicable to the Ping Identity products (the “Software”) installed within the images:
- By passing the value "Yes" to the environment variable "PING_IDENTITY_ACCEPT_EULA", the image user agrees that their use of the Software in the Docker image will be governed by the license agreement terms set forth in this paragraph. If the image user (or their applicable organization) has not purchased a paid commercial license for the Software from Ping Identity, the applicable license agreement terms are found here and the Software is deemed a “Trial Product” under those terms. If the image user (or its applicable organization) has purchased a valid, paid commercial license for the Software from Ping Identity, then if the image user (or its applicable organization) has a software license agreement for the Software executed between itself and Ping Identity Corporation, the applicable license agreement terms are that executed software license agreement, otherwise, the license agreement terms are found here.

As with all Docker images, these likely also contain other software which may be under other licenses from the base distribution, along with any direct or indirect dependencies of the primary software being contained. The list of 3rd party software and associated licenses included within each one of the distributions is listed here. As for any pre-built image usage, it is the image user's responsibility to ensure that any use of this image complies with any relevant licenses for all software contained within.
