Missing quotes in string interpolation in SQL queries #5

When I'm inspecting an SQL query that has a string interpolation in it (for polymorphic relationships), quotes are missing around it.

Expected

...
AND "purchase_order_fulfillments"."state" != 'draft'
...

Got

...
AND "purchase_order_fulfillments"."state" != draft
...
