Add announcement badge to profile layout

Hello @jpanther & community,

first of all: thanks for providing this great theme :) I recently added an announcement (e.g. "speaking at a conference...") to the profile layout via customization and wanted to discuss, whether we want to include this into the main branch.

Here is an example of what I mean:

I have the changes implemented locally and could open up a PR, but wanted to discuss before...

• whether you want to include this feature at all?
• what should be the name of the configuration property? Currently, I have it as params.author.announcement
• what style the announcement should have as a default? I went with a bordered style, as having the background colored completely does look a little overwhelming in some themes in dark mode (e.g. fire). Find a screenshot of this alternative solution attached below:
