The default size for emojis on the spritesheet is massive

Each emoji in the sprite sheet is 32x32 which is too big for us to use. Trying to resize the emojis using CSS doesn't work, it just changes the viewport and leaves you with half an image.

I'm going to take a look and see if I can edit the gulpfile to generate smaller sized sprites.
