[FEATURE REQUEST] Customize update frequency per sensor

Not sure how sensible this is, but I think I'd like to define for each sensor how often it should be updated. For example, it feels like I'd prefer more seldom updates to CPU frequency and temperature. But I'd need to try different values to see which period works best.
