Copyright notice -> free culture license?

I would propose that we replace the copyright notice at the bottom of the website with a free culture license that allows others to freely reuse our content without asking further permission.

The website at https://creativecommons.org/choose/ helps choose an appropriate license. I would prefer a CC-BY-license (the most lenient one), but I will gladly put in any one of these.

@miekedewit could you consult with your fellow board members and decide whether a free license is acceptable to you?

I'd prefer to use one which prohibits people making changes to our photo's, since there are quite a few photo's of our member on the site, and I'd prefer to protect them from weird photoshops, so I think CC BY-ND 4.0 would be good for pictures. The rest is fine under CC BY 4.0
