Some email addresses result in exceptions (domain does not exist) or bounce. This is undesired, as it clogs the internet.

A simple Blacklist feature that checks email addresses against a list managed in the admin would resolve this issue. The feature would be straight-forward to implement.

Who would manage this blacklist?

I would prefer that a list of the bouncing e-mail addresses (with member ID) are sent to the secretary after the newsletter is sent. He may then take action.

Would be managed by the secretary, basically to reduce the amount of bounce spam after sending newsletters.

A report to the secretary would be sufficient then, as he has the responsibility to discuss and resolve any irregularities in the member database with the ones managing it.
