Is that i.e. Kubernetes can provision a new instance while migrating all the records.

Service to return unavailable for peek, retrieve, delete, get. But ok for storing new records. Hence, maintained writes.

-Also scan records to that they line up perfectly when switching. Ensure cursor position or so.
