Manual segmentation produces inconsistent SER values #9

The SER distribution appears to be wrong when manually segmenting the tumour. It is required to identify the issue causing the problem: are the SER values wrongly summarised or calculated? is it caused by incorrectly masking the data with the segmentation mask? any other reason?

TODO: Replicate the issue
