Discussions with @alysonla made me realized that it doesn't make sense to call the tickets column tickets since it's really a url column. What do you think? Also are we using Contact anywhere?

Yeah, it should totally be url.

We're not using contact. I guess the website (url) will have contact info, so we can 🔥 it.
