I understand if this may be a big addition but here we go.
Currently, we have a TDOA to triangulate an estimate of where the station can be. I was wondering that, using the information we have, can there be a feature where if it finds a station that is "stronger" to the signal, we switch to that station?

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you want to select a bunch of potential sampling stations for TDoA, but then have an automated way of them measuring the strength of the signal? This is something you have to do manually now. Pick sampling stations that have both good geometry to the target (an iterative process) and good reception.
