AppArmor's tools use the aa- prefix, and at least one of your tools (aa-status) conflicts with them. aa-enable is close to aa-enabled but not quite conflicting.

Perhaps to avoid current and future clashes, a new prefix could be chosen. At the very least, current tools should be changed to not conflict with AppArmor.
