Not an issue but a question. Get RMS and Peaks level from the speakers. #546

Hi all,
I have seen that libjitsi uses WASAPI under Windows.

Is there an example on how to get the RMS and Peaks from the speakers?
If not, can you show me some docs that can help me please?
