Negative Scale

Hello everyone, I tried to run the LearnVIORB on custom dataset and I got negative values on the scale. Could anyone explain me the possible cause for this. My scale.txt has following scale values:

The scale value fluctuates between about +8 to -8. And my gw.txt file looks like this.

seems like the both of them are wrong. Any hints and directions will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
