As there is no official API and Xiaomi does not support third-party integration, being able to add a device to the Homey app depends on an existing integration, online documentation or donating the device to the developer. If neither of these can be fulfilled then integration is not possible.

Supply the device details

  • Name: Dreame X40 Ultra
  • Model ID: RLX63CE
  • MIoT spec: << find the link to the specs of this device on this website: https://home.miot-spec.com/ >>

Current support

The L10s is currently supported and I would expect them to be comparable. I cannot yet find a MIoT spec

Additional information

I consider buying this device and would like to be able to use it with Homey Pro. I am willing and able to support you with all the information, network sniffing etc. I would like to know if you expect this device can be supported, or if it would have a different protocol?

---- STOP EDITING HERE----

Donation

I enjoy creating apps for Homey and try to support them as best as I can. If you enjoy using my apps a donation in return for the time I put into this is much appreciated.

Ask again if you have a model id. Without it your guess is as good as mine.

I added it, sorry. RLX63CE.
@jghaanstra could you reopen? Otherwise i have to copy it to exactly the same new ticket, which would be strange

That's not the model id I'm looking for. It will look something like dreamed.vacuum.xxxx.

@jghaanstra I would also be interested in knowing if support would be possible 😃. It looks like miot-spec.com doesn't have the X40 Ultra (complete) listed, but together with info from robotinfo and the Dreame HA integration found the following list of IDs.

Model ID Variants
X40 Ultra dreame.vacuum.r2416[?] a / c / h / n
X40 Ultra Complete dreame.vacuum.r2449[?] a / k

Without the the actual device of the info on miot-spec.com I would not know how to properly add this device. I will add these device models with the config of a different vacuum cleaner but that does not guarantee it will work.

My X40 Ultra Complete identifies it selves on the network as dreame_vacuum_r2449k, so that seems to match with what @roel-de-vries found.

Is there a way to get the token? ATM the device is paired with DreameHome app.
Do I need to repair it with Xiaomi Home to succeed?
