This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights.
If you don't want to read the rest, the summary is that
- We collect usage data so we know where the software is used, and eventually, what features are used so we can prioritize our development efforts.
- We only care about the general location (your City), and do not store information about you personally.
That's it.
The information we collect falls under the Legitimate Usage clause of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar legislation. In fact, we do not associate the information we gather with identifiable persons, so technically we would fall outside the scope of these laws, and the current policy would be unnecessary.
However given the limited number of weightlifting clubs, knowing the general geographic area can allow the inference of the identity, out of an abundance of caution we wrote this policy as if we were associating with a person.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
