Cannot select user in plugin settings

When attempting to setup the user in the plugin settings, the dropdown is completely empty

I'm on jellyfin 10.9.2 with the plugin version 8.1.0.0.

According to the server logs, the plugin is being loaded correctly with no errors, but still no users in the list

A couple questions, while i debug this.

• did you install via upgrade, or was this a clean/first time (removed plugin)
• would you mind sharing any log details that relate to the last.fm plugin.

I have version Jellyfin 10.9.4 with the plugin version 8.1.0.0 and it doesn't work

Installed this way:

• Upgrade Jellyfin to 10.9.0 and install plugin version 8.1.0.0 > works
• Upgrade Jellyfin to 10.9.1 plugin version 8.1.0.0 > don't working
• Upgrade Jellyfin to 10.9.2 plugin version 8.1.0.0 > don't working
• • Jellyfin 10.9.2 removing plugin version 8.1.0.0 and installing again > don't working
• Upgrade Jellyfin to 10.9.3 plugin version 8.1.0.0 > don't working
• Upgrade Jellyfin to 10.9.4 plugin version 8.1.0.0 > don't working
• • Jellyfin 10.9.4 removing plugin version 8.1.0.0 and installing again > don't working
• • Uninstalling Jellyfin 10.9.4 and plugin version 8.1.0.0 and installing again > don't working
• Installing fresh Jellyfin 10.9.4 installing plugin version 8.1.0.0 > don't working

In all cases it is the same error. You cannot choose the user.

How do I share plugin logs?

• Ubuntu Server 24.04
• Portainer 2.19.5
• Installed with docker in RaspberryPi 4 - 8MB Ram

I was having this issue but upgrading to 8.1.0.0 fixed it. I didn't realize I was on an older version.

I'm on that version as well, I'm curious why it isn't working for you.

@viasux I'd like to know that too. I think the plugin has stopped being developed.

I'm currently on Jellyfin 10.9.8 and it still doesn't work.

Simply can't choose the user. Just like it appears in the initial image of this post.

Version 8.2.0.0 on Jellyfin 10.10.1 also doesn't work, shows the same error.
