I have checked if I am using the latest version of Grid at the time of opening this issue
I am running a Kodi version that is listed as compatible in Grid's README file
I have checked if all of the required add-ons are installed on my system
I have checked whether this behaviour is also present in Kodi's default skin
I have screenshots or a video for further explanation. I have included a link to the image(s) or video in my description
I have a debug log for (further) explanation. I have included a link to the log on pastebin.com or similar service in my description
Description
Hello,
I am using your fantastic skin under kodi 17/18 and tvheadend as a pvr backend. I am a long time kodi user, but new to tvheadend. In the past I used vdr (vnsi) as a pvr backend. So, I am also a long time pvr backend user. My issue with your skin exists with latest Kodi 17 and latest Kodi 18.
Is it possible to get the "Extra text" of the recording shown within grouped recording directories?
Here is what I mean. In GRiD it looks as follows.
I see the grouped directory "Hör' mal, wer da hämmert!":
Within this grouped directory i also only see the "Title" of the recorded tv show. Nothing to see about the "Extra text" (Subtitle). So it looks as if every recorded show has the same title.
In default Estuary it looks as follows.
I also see the grouped directory "Hör' mal, wer da hämmert!":
But within this grouped directory i also see the "Extra text" of the recorded tv show. So it's possible to differentiate between them:
So the information is there, but not shown.
It would be really nice to see the "Extra text" within such grouped directories, maybe instead of the title or as an extra information under or next to the title or as an extra information obove the plot.
Further Information
My recording profile under tvheadend for tvshows is configured as follows:
The Autorec for that tv show (Hör' mal, wer da hämmert!) is configured as follows:
Under Finished Recordings, I also see the "Extra text":
It would be nice, if you could solve this issue for kodi 17 and kodi 18, because I use kodi 17 for my production systems and kodi 18 only for testing purposes until it gets stable.
Thanks and regards Hoppel
