Readme for rankSHAP

Code for the paper, "Provably Stable Feature Rankings with SHAP and LIME." The dependencies for our core methods, in HelperFiles/, are numpy and scipy. Our simulations and analysis also use matplotlib, sklearn, pandas, pickle, Pytorch, and shap.
