One change to Extract Kraken Reads
The issue I was trying to fix might be specific to my input file, which has /1 and /2 reads in a single file. I deleted the part that removes /1 and /2 from test_id, because it was messing up the comparison of ids. This is just a quick fix; a better solution would be to check the input file and decide whether to modify test_id from there.
