Add support to run a recipe on top X installed plugins

What feature do you want to see added?

Add an option on PluginOptions to run the given recipe on the topX plugin allowing to perform migration when archetype change.

This is probably a bit premature until we have more test for exotic configuration (like multi-module plugin, different parent (like analysis pom) etc...

I would rather wait a bit more until we have such option
