Summary

we need to track the kubernetes version used on publicK8S and update it here https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins-infra/blob/production/hieradata/common.yaml and the vagrant version (hieradata/vagrant/common.yaml) to make sure the usage from the permanent agent for trusted is always ok (kubectl used to trigger a scan of mirrors for update-center)
