Trying to create jenkins community account to host a plugin

Hi
We have created one plugin for jenkins and trying to host the plugin in jenkins. We are following the process given in jenkins document for hosting the plugin by first creating one jenkins community account and when I am trying to create a community account the account creation is blocked by anti-spam system. It would be really helpful if you resolve this as soon as possible
